VIDEO MULTI STANDARD MOSAIC SYSTEM Picture in Picture (PIP)
formats presents a large amount of video data onto one screen simultaneously. The TGN Multi Mosaic system displays either 4 or 36 pictures at the same time. These can be scrolled 4x to establish programmable, time switched monitoring of up to 144 channels.

The TGN Multi Mosaic system is a must for all Cable TV operators as a head feed monitor for satellite input signals. The world’s only MULTI STANDARD IN-OUTPUT SYSTEM.

Construction
Each Multi Mosaic System is supplied in a strong 19" rack unit, which can also be used as a stand-alone housing.
Power supplies and fan cooling are included in the housing. BNC signal input sockets are built into the back panel.

Operation
Using the 16 Key control board and the LCD display, the operator can simply program the MMS functions.
These include:
Input signal selection
Scrolling time
Text overlay for each picture
Display mode selection

Technical Description
The Multi Mosaic system is a 19" rack unit containing plug in Euro Card size PIP Modules. Each module produces 2 pictures and can select an input signal from one of 4 dedicated input sockets. With a maximum of 18 PIP Modules in one rack, up to 144 inputs can be processed by one MMS.
To provide the user with a maximum of picture formats, three standard MMS systems are available. The MMS 9-36 displays 9 pictures simultaneously, scrolling 4 x to give a maximum of 36 pictures.
The MMS 16-64 displays 16 pictures simultaneously, scrolling also 4 x to give a maximum of 64 pictures. The MMS 36-144 displays 36 pictures simultaneously, scrolling also 4 x to give a maximum of 144 pictures.
